  • Successfully mediated a dispute on behalf of their client, a multi-national bank, related to an allegation of a breach of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)  in the Western District of New York;
  • Effectively defended a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim on behalf of their client in a legal malpractice action against a law firm related to their handling of a contested matrimonial litigation;
  • Achieved a motion to dismiss with prejudice in the Southern District of New York in connection with a frivolous action alleging violations of the RICO statute and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) in which the attorney involved was sanctioned for his conduct during the proceeding;
  • Successfully settled a claim of conversion and replevin of personal property arising out of a bailment of personal property.
