Peter Stuart Dawson joined Pollock & Maguire as an associate upon graduating cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2005. While at Pace, Peter served as a student attorney in the John Jay Legal Services Securities Arbitration Clinic pursuing securities fraud claims, and was also a member of the editorial board of the International Law Review. As an associate at Pollock & Maguire, Peter has developed experience in many areas of the law. He has handled residential real property transactions as well as complex litigations, particularly real estate and title litigations. Peter is also experienced in general business law, estate litigation, home equity fraud litigation, employment law claims and matrimonial and family law. Peter graduated from Boston University in 1999 with a B.A. in International Relations. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations.
